TESTIMONIALS
Dr. Casey Cooper is making a tremendous impact in the world of Sports Psychology. Her excellent delivery and motivational style encourages, excites, and even inspires professional athletes, coaches, parents and their child athletes. It's been my extreme pleasure to observe Dr. Cooper in large expos, on radio and in educational workshops.

Dr. Casey Cooper was exactly what our campers needed in regards to the approach and mental preparation to the game. She kept it simple and was very interactive with the kids. Parents spoke highly about her. I will definitely ask her to speak at my camps again and would recommend highly recommend her.

Casey, certainly knowledgeable in sports psychology with her impressive background, was successful in getting the attention of a very restless group of triathletes when she spoke at our team meeting! She reminded us that despite the hours we put in physically training ourselves, we ought not to neglect mentally training ourselves. No doubt most of the team left the meeting with something (she said) to put into practice. She's an effective, down-to-earth speaker who I would highly recommend to any athlete or athletic team ready to complete their training with mental preparedness.

I brought my 10-year old son in to see Dr. Casey because his lack of self-control on the baseball field had become unbearable. He wasn’t enjoying the game he loved, and he was so upset with himself. My husband and I could barely stand to watch him play anymore.
He was a great pitcher, technically, and was thought to be one of the stars of the league this year. We thought that he had conquered his "melt-down" habits on the mound, and were excited for a great season.
It wasn’t long before he lost it again. He would start crying hysterically if there was one umpire call he didn’t like, not even a walked batter, just a "ball" call. He would proceed to throw the baseball as hard as he could, hit batters, and be dragged off the mound, his teammates, and their parents, all in awe. Out of desperation and the fear that there was something "bigger" wrong, I took him to Dr. Casey.
After just 4 sessions, Bobby was back on the mound, using the techniques he learned from Dr. Casey, and performing his very best. He was in stressful situations; bases loaded, two outs, full count, and Bobby kept it together to strike the last batter out! This from a child who only 4 weeks before couldn’t handle that he threw 1 ball!
As if that wasn’t impressive enough, Dr. Casey also discovered some problems he was having at school, and how they were related to his sports behavior. Because of Dr. Casey’s compassion and expertise, we were able to fix both problems, and move gratefully forward in the upbeat life of our spirited 10-year old.
I think Bobby said it best just before we left, "Goodbye, thank you for helping me, and I hope I don’t have to see you again, FOR THIS.

It was a great pleasure to work with Dr. Cooper. She brought our team together in a time of need and met the girls were they were at. I also appreciated her straight forward discussions with me with regards to our team's dynamics while maintaining the respect of the team. Thank you again!
