Dr. Casey uses Cognitive Behavioral Techniques in combination with Interpersonal Therapy to assist clients to meet their goals quickly. The Gold Standard ensures that our clients establish specific and realistic goals from the first session. Dr. Casey will then create a treatment plan around those goals to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.

The Gold Standard assists clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, disordered eating behavior, substance use, anger management, poor self-presentation, communication problems with family, friends, and co-workers, and other issues impacting positive performance.
